A proud GenXer with an impressive collection of New Wave vinyl that he rarely gets to spin these days except when the missus is out. Bob’s marketing tastes are similarly very specialised, and expertise around promoting sales is his forte. Bob loves time with family and friends, fishing and losing small white balls all over the world. He and wife Juanita, have 3 twenty-somethings (Georgia, Lauren & Kyle), 1 dog (Django), 1 cat (Pebbles) and at any given time, about 100 head of beef cattle (ensuring BTL bbqs have the best snags and steaks in town.)

Nick is our Art Director, a 30 year veteran of the creative industry, and when he’s not directing art he can usually be found with a hammer in hand ‘improving’ his home. Originally from the North of England, Nick made the sensible move to New Zealand with his wife 20 years ago.

He shares his dream home in the Waitakere bush with his wife, daughter and their two cats (far enough out of town not to hear the swearing when he hammers his finger or the moaning in general!)

Kirsty is highly respected when it comes to shopper marketing, and has helped many businesses across New Zealand, Australia & the Pacific Islands create meaningful engagement between their brands and shoppers. She loves the challenge of coming up with creative ideas and fresh ways for brands to interact with people. Kirsty loves living a coastal lifestyle & coaches junior Surf Life Saving at Red Beach during the summer months. She also dreams of setting up a truffle farm one day with her boys Gary and Coogee the cat.

Along with Lucy, her vibrant, loveable Spoodle who comes into the office every day with her, they are the glue that holds the office together. Lucy loves keeping an eye on the visitors coming into the office, especially the courier drivers!

Julie is married to Rusty and have two beautiful daughters, Bodelle and Stacey.

Originally born in South Africa but considers herself a true ‘Kiwi’ supporting the best rugby team in the world, The All Blacks. (despite the last RWC debacle! Ed.) She is incredibly passionate about health & fitness, spending majority of her spare time at the gym & taking part in bodybuilding competitions. She says: “The art of bodybuilding has taught me to never give up, to always strive to better myself & if you truly want something you’ll make it happen”. This level of dedication is what Claudia brings not only to her personal but professional life. During lockdown she learnt how to poach eggs in the microwave & that her online shopping has become an even bigger addiction than coffee, and much more crippling to her bank account.

Ryan made New Zealand his home in 2013. With 13 years' experience in export/import and the supply chain industry, BTL was very quick to secure his specialist knowledge and he's been our Super Sourcer since. BTL is the only Shopper agency to have this in-house facility. It allows us to pass on maximum savings between actual and perceived value when it comes to sales promotion or short term loyalty programs requiring bulk premiums. Ryan has saved our clients literally millions on merchandise!If it exists, he will find it, if it doesn't, he'll get it made. From wooden toys to replica 1:1 Martin jetpacks, Ryan has done it all!
